2. The Assessment Package: Getting To Know You

$140.00 – 50% of this fee will be credited back to you if choosing one of our "Organizer in the House" Packages.

 

We will credit you 50% of this fee if you choose one of our Organizer in the House packages of 8 hours or more. Our Vision Casting is about you and what you would like for your life. You will envision the ideal space to meet your needs. It is a critical piece to ensuring we focus on your needs throughout the project. Even if the project includes just a single room, we want to tour the entire home because we may be able to use other areas of your home to create the best solutions to meet your needs. Don’t clean up before we arrive! We are not touring your home to judge in any way. We want to see your everyday struggles so we know how to help you best. Our goal is to support you by creating an environment that works for you and your entire family.

 

3. Choose Your Package

 

Once we get to know each other during the assessment, the next step is totally up to you.

 

You Go Girl

"YOU GO GIRL” PACKAGE + DETAILED CUSTOM PLAN $300.00

 

This package is for the self-starters. We give you detailed plans for up to three rooms and unlimited email support from an Adventures In Organizing professional during your project, for up to six months.

 

Virtual Girl

"VIRTUAL GIRL” PACKAGE ($199.00 – 6 week program + 4 week bonus time)


This step-by-step organizing program will take you through the basics from tools, to paper and time management. We will move room by room to make your vision a reality. During your organizing adventure you receive a 6-week course with a lesson plan, unlimited access to a professional organizer via email (we encourage you to send lots of photos to share) and one 15-minute phone conversation each week for 10 weeks. Access to a professional organizer for the full 6 weeks plus an additional 4 weeks could cost well over $300.00 in phone time alone. Our Virtual Girl program offers you access to the course, the organizer and unlimited email.

 

Organizer in the House Packages

 

In these packages, a professional organizer will work with you in your home to get your project completed, and help you achieve the goals we developed during the Vision Casting.





Jump Start: Home

 

90 minutes of project time

Spring into Action Price $140.00

 

This is a roll up your sleeves fast decision-making jump-start project to propel you forward. Based on the results of your Vision Casting, we will work with you to clear surfaces and assist in the decision making process, allowing you to decide whether your belongings, the time on your calendar and the menus on your plan meet with your overall vision.

 

 

 

Jump Start: Office

 

3 hours of project time

Spring into Action Price $210.00

 

This three-hour jump-start package is all about clearing out the clutter in the office. Making fast and decisive decisions about your paperwork and ensuring that your decisions fit within the Vision Casting exercise we did during your assessment. Toss, Keep, File, To Do and To Pay will all be part of the quick decisions process.

 

 

 

Get Cooking

 

8 hours of project time

Spring into Action Price $520.00

 

We will spend a day with you in your kitchen to create an efficient working kitchen for you by implementing the design from your Vision Casting work.

 

From the top of your cabinets, through the pantry to under the sink, we will go through everything, and:

 

• assess which items you use

 

• decide the best place to keep them 

 

• make sure you do not have three toasters when you only need one

 

• make sure there are no science experiments hiding in the refrigerator

 

Yes, even the fridge can be organized.

 

How does your family handle the mail, leave messages for each other, and keep on top of the school’s endless flyers? We will discuss creating a family command centre.

 

 

 

Office Manager

 

8 hours of project time

Spring into Action Price $640.00

 

Are you drowning in paperwork, books, files, pencils and boxes? Together, we can sort your belongings, categorize them and set up a paper management system that works for you. We will:

 

• organize project files

 

• store archival files

 

• shred documents you don’t need

 

• create a system you can maintain



Tune up packages are available if you need an accountability partner until you are confident in your new space.

 

Get ‘Er Done

 

12 hours of project time

Big Bang Package Price $720.00

 

If you need more time than these packages offer, consider the Get ‘Er Done package. We will schedule one-and-a-half hour blocks of time over x number of weeks to complete your project.

 

 

Kaboom

 

20 hours of project time

Big Bang Package Price $1100.00

 

If you have a big job or a series of rooms to organize, this may be the right package for you. We will schedule one-and-a-half hour blocks of time over x number of weeks to complete your project.

Running out of time with your organizer to complete your project? You can add extra hours to any package, just ask us.

 

Tune Up Time

Just want to pick our brains for an hour? Our hourly consulting rate is $70.00 (minimum 2 hours)

 

You have done the job, you’ve decluttered, your files are in order but you still want some extra support. We can help with that. We will develop a tune up package just for you – online, by phone, in person or a combination – we will be happy to develop a support package just for you.

 

 

Consulting

 

Just want to pick our brains for an hour? Want to ask about how to become an organizer, business building information or simply want to spend an hour discussing your organizing challenges.    We can help with that.   

 

Our hourly consulting rate is $125.00 per hour

 

Downsizing

 

Customized

 

We specialize in helping people during the transitions of their lives.  If you are downsizing your home, we will create a customized package for you. Rates are similar to our other package rates.
